their own distribution strategy and effective methods of cooperation with clients.
This implementation strategy can be divided into two types: fast and long-term,
which is determined before running pre-sales and pre-project activity and depends
on various factors.

For example, long-term implementation strategy generally concerned with pre-design enquiry,
technical task data acquisition and analysis, which usually takes approx. two month, pilot-project execution by means of selected software solutions (up to three month; here the phase
of pilot-project first stage on-site intensive support is provided), realize results
and reports preparation (up to one month), beginning delivering and implementing
solutions (up to two years, depends on the budget, usual for the General agreement
on cooperation and CAD implementation cases), training and technical support.
